Chef’s home recipe, a rich, moist fruitcake soaked in Havana spiced rum and Jamaican black rum, with hints of coconut and almond. Packed with sweet, vibrant fruits, candied orange, candied ginger, dried pineapple, and more, full of flavour, just like how it suppose fi taste.
